Squat Cycle

This week we are back to a loading phase of our new Squat cycle. We have approximately 4 weeks left, so I will be excited to how well people do.

Last Friday we finished our 2016 Resolution Challenge with Karen and a cookout! We had a really impressive turn out and will post pictures later this week!
