Yesterday was a pretty incredible day! We had a lot of healthy knowledge dropped and destroyed the workout! Today we have a nice little technique focused lifting session followed by an awesome METCON(Metabolic Conditioning).
Warm Up: Coach led: 12 Minutes
Weightlifting: Snatch 20 Minutes
Metcon: 13 Minute AMRAP
